DESCRIPTION:Throw Masters Doubles is a bring-your-own-partner\, best-disc\, one-round\, event at Norbrook Farm on Sunday September 21\, 2025. Only those born in 1985 or earlier are eligible to play. \nWe encourage and welcome all abilities of master disc golfers including those who have never competed in a tournament before- make Throw Masters Doubles your first! \nDivisions available for 2 women\, 2 men (Mixed) and one man one woman (defined as FM and PR). Both players must fall in the age range of the division\, or the team plays in the division of the younger player. \nIndividual Entry fees per player:\n$30 for Amateurs\n$45 for PROs. \nAmateurs Players’ Pack will include choice of one Throw Masters Doubles custom disc (brand TBD)\, perhaps another cherished DG related items depending on sponsorships. \nALL players compete for custom metal minis:\nFirst place in every division populated by 9/5/25.\nFirst and Second place in divisions with 3 or more teams by 9/5/25\nFirst\, Second and Third place in divisions with 4 or more teams by 9/5/25 \nPRO players will have cash payouts. \n18 hole regular Layout for AMs and PROs. \nScoring for this event will be on UDisc. Cards will be pre-assigned. Play will follow PDGA rules and a Mini must be used to mark your lie (no flipping please). \nAdd-ons:\nAce Pot: for $5 cash or Venmo day of! If no aces after 22 holes\, the Ace fund will go to Audobon. \nAmateurs: Team Tee-Shot only Mulligans for $5 each; max of 2 per team. \nAll: Raffle tickets are 5 for $5. Unlimited. There’s a food truck and putting league after dark. Sign-ups are day at the event (no pre-registration). All are welcome! \nAll funds raised go to support Stage 4 Breast Cancer Research at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Proceeds from this event will go to Throw Pink to help grow the sport. \nThis event is a one-day\, single round- 22 hole event\, with the third annual Throw Masters Distance Challenge (optional) activity following the awards and raffle. \nOnly those born in 1985 or earlier are eligible to play this event. Stay tuned to the pictures tab and our Facebook event page. \nLink: rebrand.ly/TPWDGCClinic \nPlease join us on the beautiful Winthrop University campus on Saturday\, October 11th\, for Throw Pink’s 12th event in conjunction with the United States Disc Golf Championship and the Throw Pink Women’s Disc Golf Championship. \nWomen and girls of all skill levels are welcome! \nIf you don’t have discs\, that’s not a problem. There will be plenty available to use during the event. Please bring water and wear comfortable shoes. \nWe will start with a quick introduction and warm-up\, followed by a disc golf instructional clinic (led by touring pros) that will get new players on their feet and refine the skills of those who have played before. We will wrap up the clinic and games by 4:00 pm \nAt that time\, the official event ends\, and participants are welcome to split up and play a fun\, casual round on a beginner-friendly temporary course or head over and watch the lead card action. \nThe spectator course is on the traditional golf course designed by Andrew Duvall\, the current USDGC and TPWDGC course designer. \nThe $30 fee ($20 for girls 12 and under) includes: \n– A fun clinic\n– A round of disc golf\,\n– A Throw Pink commemorative item\n– A Throw Pink Finisher Medal\n– Day Pass to the championship\n– A charitable donation to GoJenGo.org \nPlease arrive 15 minutes earlier than 1:30 pm to pick up your player pack so we can kick off the event promptly at 1:30 pm. \nIf you have a ticket to the championship\, you can enter any other entrance and just come to the spectator course area before 1:30 p.m. to check in. \nIf you do not have a ticket to the championship\, you can only enter through the Ivy Street entrance\, no earlier than 12:30 p.m. \nCLINIC GROUPS EXPLAINED: \nBeginner – This group is for our brand-new players who have just started playing\, have never played before\, or prefer being in a group of very new players for a more comfortable experience. \nIntermediate – You play and know how to throw. You need help to improve your throwing\, get tips on making more putts\, and practice new throws you haven’t learned yet. \nAdvanced – If you play in tournaments\, this is the group you need to be in\, and/or you play regularly\, and you have specific things you want to improve about your game. More distance\, get out of trouble shots\, putting in the wind\, etc…

These age groups will also only be playing ONE round.\n__________________________________________________________________ \nJUNIORS PLAY FOR FREE! Thank you to a kind anonymous donor!! \nWe will be doing the players party and early check-in on Saturday October 25th at Schoolhouse Brewing from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. We will have food & games and you will be able to pick up your player pack here (this is a kid friendly venue with some arcade games & board games available plus non-alcoholic drinks). We will have food\, players will be responsible for purchasing their own drinks. \nLunch will be a potluck style on tournament day — stay tuned for more details on what to bring! \nCTP’s\, raffle & fun games throughout the day. \nTrophies & payout will be handed out for the event per usual to our top players in each division.
