DESCRIPTION:The Northeast hosts a variety of women only disc golf sanctioned events throughout the spring and summer. Anyone woman that plays\, qualifies to play at my private course in the fall. This will be the third time hosting the event\, but the first time it will be sanctioned. Once a woman registers\, they are welcome to come practice any time. DESCRIPTION:Throw Masters Norbrook Farm is the third in the Throw Masters Triad (series): three NEFA and PDGA Sanctioned C Tier Masters tournaments in Northern Connecticut. \nOnly those born in 1984 or earlier are eligible to play this event. Most divisions will play two rounds\, in the one day\, with “Purple” playing one round. If the majority in a division feels strongly about playing one round instead of two\, the requirement for the entire division may be changed. Please reach out if this is the case. \nSeries event dates and locations are:\n05/11/24 at Wickham Park in Manchester\, CT\n07/14/24 at Crystal Pond Park in Woodstock\, CT\n010/05/24 at Norbrook Farm in Colebrook\, CT \nTournament Fees are $39 Amateur (with $10 additional for non-PDGA members)\, and $49 PRO. \nFemale divisions will be able to register 11 days ahead of general registration. \nPlayers pack is a custom disc\, custom mini and a couple of other useful disc golf related items (based on sponsorships*). \nAmateur players compete for custom award discs.\nAward system:\nFirst place in every populated division.\nFirst and Second places in divisions with 4 or more people.\nFirst\, Second and Third places in divisions with 6 or more people.\nAwards beyond the above are at the discretion of the tournament director. \nPRO players will have cash payouts. \nRaffle tickets are available for $5 during online registration OR cash/Venmo only on day of event. \nAce pot is $5 during online registration OR cash/Venmo on day of event. If no ace is hit the ace pot is donated to Audubon. \n$2.00 from each players entry will fund for the series awards. Series awards will be determined following the Norbrook event. You must participate in at least two events to qualify for the Throw Masters Triad awards. Those who play in all three events\, will have their three best round ratings (from the five possible rounds) used to determine their series finish. For the Series: Top 3 in each division will receive an award. \nProceeds from all Throw Masters events will be donated to Throw Pink to help Grow The Sport. \nPlease consider sponsoring the Throw Masters events: Tee-Level Sponsor $25\, Birdie Level Sponsor $100\, Eagle-Level Sponsor $500. DESCRIPTION:Throw Masters Wickham is the first in the Throw Masters Triad (series): three NEFA and PDGA Sanctioned C Tier Masters tournaments in Northern Connecticut. This event is a one-day\, single round- 22 hole event\, with the second annual Throw Masters Distance Challenge (optional) activity following the awards and raffle. \nSeries event dates are:\n05/11/24 at Wickham Park in Manchester\, CT\n07/14/24 at Crystal Pond Park in Woodstock\, CT\n10/05/24 at Norbrook Farm in Colebrook\, CT \nTournament Fees are $39 Amateur (with $10 additional for non-PDGA members)\, and $49 PRO. \nFemale divisions will be able to register 11 days ahead of general registration. \nPlayers pack is a custom disc\, custom mini and a couple of other useful disc golf related items (based on sponsorships*). \nAmateur players compete for custom award discs.\nAward system:\nFirst place in every populated division.\nFirst and Second places in divisions with 4 or more people.\nFirst\, Second and Third places in divisions with 6 or more people.\nAwards beyond the above are at the discretion of the tournament director. \nPRO players will have cash payouts. \nRaffle tickets are available for $5 during online registration OR cash/Venmo only on day of event. \nAce pot is $5 during online registration OR cash/Venmo on day of event. DESCRIPTION:Throw Pink and Innova Discs happily announce that on April 28\, 2024\, 16 Teams will play in a 4-woman team challenge at the world’s first permanent disc golf course\, Oak Grove (Hahamongna Watershed Park) in Pasadena\, CA. \nThis event aims to build and grow the women’s disc golf community. It was initially an eight-team cap that has grown to 16 teams. Which speaks to the excitement this format brings to the disc golf community. \nThis is a historical event on a historical site. There have never been that many women playing disc golf at The Grove at one time. \nThe teams\, consisting of 4 women\, have a total ratings cap of 3\,000.\nTeams have been assembled with players from all divisions.

DESCRIPTION:Find Your Force is an unsanctioned\, one-round\, best-disc\, bring-your-own-partner women’s doubles event at Wickham Park on Sunday\, April 14th\, 2024. \nThis tournament is for all levels of women disc golfers! \nWe encourage those who have never competed in a tournament to make this their first! On tournament day\, there will be a meeting just for first timers\, where we will run through some rules and etiquette that you may not be familiar with. \nFirst tournament? A “Purple” division exists just for you! Those registered for “Purple” will play “short” tees along with the Juniors. Purple tees will be finalized the day before. \nTeam registration guidelines:\nFA1\, FA2\, FA3\, FA4: Register your team for the division based on the higher rating.\nMasters: Both players must fall in the range of the division\, or the team plays in the division of the younger player.\nJuniors: Both players must fall in the range of the division\, or the team plays in the division of the eldest player. \nTeam entry fees:\n$40 for Juniors\n$55 for Amateurs\n$75 for PROs. \nThe Amateur Players’ Pack will include a choice of one Find Your Force MVP custom Disc and one Find Your Force Mini (marker)\, as well as a few other cherished DG-related items. \nAmateur players compete for awards/trophies.\nFirst\, Second\, and Third in Junior Divisions.\nFirst place in every amateur division.\nFirst and Second place in amateur divisions with four or more people.\nFirst\, Second\, and Third place in amateur divisions with six or more people. \n\nPRO players will have cash payouts. \nThere is a 22-hole Regular layout for all\, with a modified layout for Juniors. All scoring for this event will be on UDisc. Cards will be pre-assigned. Play will follow PDGA rules\, and a Mini must be used to mark your lie (no flipping\, please). \nAce Pot: During Check-in on tournament day\, each player will have the option to buy into an Ace Pot for $5 (cash only). If there are no aces after 22 holes\, the Ace fund will go to Wickham Park. \nOptions offered only during registration:\nAmateurs- Team Mulligans (tee shot only) for $5 each (during registration); max of 2 per team. \nAll: Raffle tickets are 5 for $5. The raffle will be held after the awards ceremony. \nAll: Distance Challenge: $10 for those individuals interested in staying beyond awards/raffle and joining a distance challenge (throw 5 discs each)\, with winner-take-all. Three pools: Juniors\, Amateurs\, Masters and PROs. \nAll: Tee Sponsorship is $25 for those interested in having their name or company name posted at a tee for the day. \n$5 from every amateur team’s fees will go towards #AllAboutBirdies\, a 50/50 pot. Half the fund will be awarded to the amateur team with the most total birdies\, and the other half will be donated to Audubon. Any tie will be resolved with a CTP (closest to the pin) throwoff after the awards/raffle. \nThe balance of the Find Your Force tournament proceeds will be divided between Breast Cancer Alliance and Throw Pink. \nThis is a pay-to-park facility; the parking fee is $10 per car.

The true spirit of organized amateur athletics is competing in a sport purely for the love of that sport and the act of competition itself. Trophies will be presented to the top finishers of the tournament rather than a payout in merchandise. First place trophies will be awarded to each division. Any divisions with 18 registered players will also be awarded second place trophies. Any divisions with 24 registered players will be awarded third place trophies.

DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the First Annual Reindeer Games Invitational at Castle Hayne Disc Golf Course! \nTournament central will be located at Picnic Shelter One.\nCheck-in starts at 8:00 a.m.\nYour spot will be forfeited if you have not checked in by 8:40 a.m..\nThe players’ meeting is at 8:45 a.m. at Picnic Shelter One.\nThe waitlist has priority to fill open spots over walk-ups. \nPDGA Live scoring will be used during the tournament & holes will be assigned utilizing live scoring. The Live Score code will be available that morning during check-in. \nAM player packs will be Secret Santa style. The players packs will be individually wrapped and each contain unique items! The player pack values will range from $40-$60. \nThis event is a TROPHY ONLY event for the AM divisions.\nA trophy will be awarded to the winner of each division! \nPro divisions will not be receiving player’s packs as they will be receiving cash payouts.\nPro Payouts will be given to the top 40% in each Pro division. \nSchedule & Layouts: \nSaturday\, December 16th\nCheck-in: 8 a.m. – 8:40 a.m.\nPlayers Meeting: 8:45 a.m. \n1st Round Shotgun Start: 9:00 a.m.\nAll pro divisions\, MA1\, MA2 will be playing Long Pads to Long Baskets.\nAll other divisions will be playing Alt Pads to Long Baskets. \nThere will be a 1 hour lunch after the final card is turned in for the first round. \nThe awards ceremony will follow immediately after the second round.\nPayouts to the pro divisions will be done via PayPal after the event! \nRefund policy:\nCrystal Fussell is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.\nWaitlist payments are non-refundable.\nRefunds will not be provided after December 14th\, 2023.
