SUMMARY:Glow Pink - Lights Out On Cancer (Flex Start Event)
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a fun night of glow golf to help raise money for Throw Pink’s health initiatives. Fun with a purpose. It’s time to turn the lights out on cancer. \nYour entry fee includes: \n– Fun glow disc golf experience\n– Throw Pink Glow disc\n– Innova Glow Flashlight\,\n– Throw Pink Glow silicone bracelet\n– Throw Pink glow sticker\n– A chance to make a difference \nThis flex start event has tee times every ten minutes from 5:30 to 9:30. \nThe layout will be the original nine plus a couple of temp holes to extend the fun. More details coming soon. \nPlayers will have the chance to go around the course twice with their entry fee.\nYou will record each loop separately\, and we will take your best score for the leaderboard and award the divisional prizes. \nYou better make it good if you only have time for one loop. 🙂 \nThe ace pool is one big pool for all divisions\, but there will be separate ace prizes per division. \nThis event is for ALL Skill levels. If you’re unsure what division to sign up for\, you can register for the IDK division\, and we can help assign you to the appropriate division before your tee time. If you sign up for a division below your skill level\, we will ask you to move up before teeing off to keep the fields as accurate as possible. \nPlease note the divisions are not based on the PDGA divisions. If you play disc golf regularly\, especially in events\, you should be in the professional and advanced divisions on this track. The Pro division at this event is not just for registered PDGA professional players. Also\, players who regularly shoot under par on this short track should sign up for professional or advanced. \nLet us know if you have any questions. We are still tweaking the best divisions for this and are open to suggestions for our next Lights Out On Cancer fundraising event.

DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the First Annual Reindeer Games Invitational at Castle Hayne Disc Golf Course! \nTournament central will be located at Picnic Shelter One.\nCheck-in starts at 8:00 a.m.\nYour spot will be forfeited if you have not checked in by 8:40 a.m..\nThe players’ meeting is at 8:45 a.m. at Picnic Shelter One.\nThe waitlist has priority to fill open spots over walk-ups. \nPDGA Live scoring will be used during the tournament & holes will be assigned utilizing live scoring. The Live Score code will be available that morning during check-in. \nAM player packs will be Secret Santa style. The players packs will be individually wrapped and each contain unique items! The player pack values will range from $40-$60. \nThis event is a TROPHY ONLY event for the AM divisions.\nA trophy will be awarded to the winner of each division! \nPro divisions will not be receiving player’s packs as they will be receiving cash payouts.\nPro Payouts will be given to the top 40% in each Pro division. \nSchedule & Layouts: \nSaturday\, December 16th\nCheck-in: 8 a.m. – 8:40 a.m.\nPlayers Meeting: 8:45 a.m. \n1st Round Shotgun Start: 9:00 a.m.\nAll pro divisions\, MA1\, MA2 will be playing Long Pads to Long Baskets.\nAll other divisions will be playing Alt Pads to Long Baskets. \nThere will be a 1 hour lunch after the final card is turned in for the first round. \nThe awards ceremony will follow immediately after the second round.\nPayouts to the pro divisions will be done via PayPal after the event! \nRefund policy:\nCrystal Fussell is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.\nWaitlist payments are non-refundable.\nRefunds will not be provided after December 14th\, 2023.
