There’s a food truck and putting league after dark. Sign-ups are day of at the event (no pre-registration). All are welcome! \nAll funds raised go to support Metastatic Breast Cancer Research and ultimately the Advanced Breast Cancer Program at MD Anderson\, Houston\, Texas.

SUMMARY:Throw Masters Norbrook Farm
DESCRIPTION:Throw Masters Norbrook Farm is the third in the Throw Masters Triad (series): three NEFA and PDGA Sanctioned C Tier Masters tournaments in Northern Connecticut. \nOnly those born in 1984 or earlier are eligible to play this event. Most divisions will play two rounds\, in the one day\, with “Purple” playing one round. If the majority in a division feels strongly about playing one round instead of two\, the requirement for the entire division may be changed. Please reach out if this is the case. \nSeries event dates and locations are:\n05/11/24 at Wickham Park in Manchester\, CT\n07/14/24 at Crystal Pond Park in Woodstock\, CT\n010/05/24 at Norbrook Farm in Colebrook\, CT \nTournament Fees are $39 Amateur (with $10 additional for non-PDGA members)\, and $49 PRO. \nFemale divisions will be able to register 11 days ahead of general registration. \nPlayers pack is a custom disc\, custom mini and a couple of other useful disc golf related items (based on sponsorships*). \nAmateur players compete for custom award discs.\nAward system:\nFirst place in every populated division.\nFirst and Second places in divisions with 4 or more people.\nFirst\, Second and Third places in divisions with 6 or more people.\nAwards beyond the above are at the discretion of the tournament director. \nPRO players will have cash payouts. \nRaffle tickets are available for $5 during online registration OR cash/Venmo only on day of event. \nAce pot is $5 during online registration OR cash/Venmo on day of event. If no ace is hit the ace pot is donated to Audubon. \n$2.00 from each players entry will fund for the series awards. Series awards will be determined following the Norbrook event. You must participate in at least two events to qualify for the Throw Masters Triad awards. Those who play in all three events\, will have their three best round ratings (from the five possible rounds) used to determine their series finish. For the Series: Top 3 in each division will receive an award. \nProceeds from all Throw Masters events will be donated to Throw Pink to help Grow The Sport. \nPlease consider sponsoring the Throw Masters events: Tee-Level Sponsor $25\, Birdie Level Sponsor $100\, Eagle-Level Sponsor $500. Reach out to me privately and we can figure out a way to make participation affordable. \nDisc Golf Zen is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We will issue a full refund as long as there are players on the waitlist or prior to October 4th\, 2024. No refund after October 4\, 2024. AM dropouts after that date may receive player pack discs\, which can be mailed for $5 extra or picked up from us at any Disc Golf Zen events.

SUMMARY:Queen of the Northeast Finale
DESCRIPTION:The Northeast hosts a variety of women only disc golf sanctioned events throughout the spring and summer. Anyone woman that plays\, qualifies to play at my private course in the fall. This will be the third time hosting the event\, but the first time it will be sanctioned. Once a woman registers\, they are welcome to come practice any time. This is my first-time being tournament director for a sponsored event\, but we have had sponsored events before\, so I have what’s required as far drop zones\, bathrooms\, signage\, etc.\, Throw Pink had sponsored the other events in the series.

DESCRIPTION:Junior Evolution is a PDGA sanctioned Juniors C-tier · PDGA-sanctioned singles tournament taking place at Westy Acres in Greenfield MA on Sunday October 20th\, 2024. \nAll ages\, skill and experience levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. \nWith Wally Wurld as our Eagle Sponsor we were able to bring the cost to play down to $7. \nRaffle tickets are available for $3. \n9:30 Meet and Greet (Check-in)\n10: 00 Players Meeting\n10:20 PLAY first round\n1:30 Awards for J06\, J08\, J10 players and raffle\n2:00 Start of second round\n5:00 Awards for J12\, J15 and J18-15 minutes after the last card finishes. \nPlayers pack is 1 custom event disc and one mini. The first 50 players registered will receive the custom disc. Additional items may be added to players packs based on registration levels and sponsorships. \nEvery child under the age of 13 must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them on the course. Most cards will be arranged by division. DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the first Throw Pink x Lower Left Brewery charity collaboration. We are kicking things off with a fun Halloween disc golf party featuring a nine-hole mini disc golf course around the brewery and disc golf pinatas. You’ll throw discs at the pinata to score the candy\, and we’ll have a speed gun so you can see just how fast you throw. Each hole will have a trick-or-treat station with a different candy at each. The event is from 1 pm to 5 pm. We’ll have a costume contest for adults\, kiddos\, and your pups. Raffle prizes every hour from 2 pm to 5 pm. A food truck will be on-site for those interested in more than just candy.
