DESCRIPTION:BYOP Doubles event to honor and celebrate our beloved friend Cassandra Gentry who passed unexpectedly at the young age of 27. Cass always made for a fun time! She was loud & blunt and free to be herself with everyone. She was a party girl on and off the course and was also super kind & very loyal to her friends. Her circle seemed endless as she welcomed new company as if they were long time friends. Join us for this one-of-a-kind tournament that continues it’s tradition as a casual fun event intended to connect new and old friends and strengthen the disc golf community. DESCRIPTION:Find Your Force is a C-tier PDGA and NEFA sanctioned\, women’s singles event at Crystal Pond Disc Golf Course in Woodstock Valley\, CT. \nApproved as a developmental CEP so the fee for non-PDGA members is discounted to $5 per player instead of $15. \nJuniors and Purple Division will be playing one round of 18\, all other divisions will play two rounds\, until I am told differently. \nThere will be some mixed division cards on round 1 out of necessity. \nGoing minimalist- AMs Players’ Pack will be one Find Your Force Mini (marker)\, perhaps a few other cherished DG related items (depending on sponsorships). For those seeking discs\, custom Find Your Force discs are available for purchase during registration. \nEntry fees:\nJuniors $15/$13\nAmateurs $23\nPROs $49 \nPros:\n$ 3 PDGA Sanctioning\n$ 2 NEFA Sanctioning\n$44 Payouts \nAmateur players: $21\n$ 3 PDGA Sanctioning Per Player\n$ 2 NEFA Sanctioning Per Player\n$ 5 To Course\n$ 2 To Throw Pink\n$11 Players Pack/ Awards \nPlayers compete for awards/trophies.\nFirst place in every populated division.\nFirst and Second place in populated divisions with 4 or more people.\nFirst\, Second and Third place in populated divisions with 6 or more people.\nFirst\, Second and Third in populated Junior Divisions. \nPRO players will have cash payouts. \nPlay will follow all PDGA rules and a Mini must be used to mark your lie (no flipping please). \nAce Pot: $5 during online registration or day-of. If no aces after 36 holes\, the Ace fund will go to Audubon. \nRaffle: $5 during online registration or day-of. Unlimited. Raffle will be held after awards ceremony. \nTee Sponsorship $25: for those interested in having their name or company name posted at a tee for the day- available during online registration only. \nBalance of the proceeds from Find Your Force tournament will go to Throw Pink to help grow the sport. \nPlease do not allow economic reasons to prevent you from playing in Find Your Force.
