Amy DiBartola
Amy S. DiBartola has been a Human Resources Professional for over 20 years. She holds senior-level certifications from both the Society of HR Managers and the HR Certification Institute. She has an undergraduate degree in Journalism, a Master’s degree in HR, and has completed Brown University’s Leadership and Performance coaching program. During work hours, Amy can be found directing the development and implementation of leadership and job training programs for over 3,000 seasonal employees in Yellowstone National Park. In her off time, Amy is an equal partner in Cairn Consulting, LLC. and an avid adventure traveler with a love for doing all things outdoors in the company of her two adopted shelter mutts, Alma and Rostov.
Christine Barker
Christine Barker lives in Greenville, SC with her husband and their two adorable kittens. She works on payment card systems for the JM Smith Corp and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Wofford College, as well as a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Florida State University. Christine started playing disc golf in 2008 and became a PDGA member that same year. Between 2011 and 2018, she has held various executive positions including president within the Upstate Disc Golf Club. Her involvement with Throw Pink events started in 2014. Over her disc golf years, she has helped orchestrate hundreds of tournaments, clinics, and leagues. Outside of work and disc golf, she enjoys helping her community through work with Let There Be Mom, Special Olympics, Mobile Meals, and DSS Christmas Wish Lists. She also loves travelling to new places with her husband.

Nikki Tabron
Nikki Tabron serves as the Vice President of Education for the Thompson Island Outward Bound Education Center in the Boston Harbor. She oversees all education programming, with a focus on increasing the number of public schools that partner with the Island for multi-year sequence STEM and Social Emotional Development programming. Dedicated to public service, Ms. Tabron has over 20 years of experience working with and meeting the needs of a diverse range of young people and educators.
Prior to joining Thompson Island, Nikki served as the Senior Impact Director for City Year Boston. During her tenure at City Year, Nikki cultivated school, community and corporate partnerships in many capacities including once being an AmeriCorps member herself.
Nikki grew up in Durham, NC and attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C. Ms. Tabron received her graduate degree at the McCormack School of Policy and Global Studies at UMASS Boston. She currently resides in Boston, MA with her partner and dog, Mojo.
A lifelong athlete, Nikki loves to get outside and get active. She believes strongly in supporting opportunities that engage women and children in the outdoors. In addition to her work with Outward Bound, she serves on the boards of Strong Women Strong Girls of Boston, Orchard Gardens K-8 School and Boston Green Academy. She’s excited to be a member of the Throw Pink Team.
