Find Your Force is a C-tier PDGA sanctioned, women’s singles event at Crystal Pond Disc Golf Course in Woodstock Valley, CT.
The PDGA Endowment fund will supplement entry fees for the non-PDGA members, to reduce it to $5. Non PDGA Juniors have no fee.
Juniors and Purple Division will be playing one round of 18, all other divisions will play two.
Please note: On round one cards will be MIXED in order to help with speed of play, allow veteran players to help new players with PDGA rules, and to promote meeting players from other divisions whose paths you may not cross otherwise. Round two will be seeded by division.
Entry fees:
Juniors $25
Amateurs $35
PROs $45
Players’ Pack will include choice of one Find Your Force Disc and one Find Your Force Mini (marker), perhaps a few other cherished DG related items. (depending on sponsorships).
Amateur players compete for awards/trophies.
Award system:
Division with 1-3 teams: 1st place award
Division with 4-6 teams: 1st and 2nd place awards
Division with 7 or more teams: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards
Any awards beyond the above are at the discretion of the tournament directors.
PRO players will have cash payouts.
Play will follow all PDGA rules and a Mini must be used to mark your lie (no flipping please).
Ace Pot: $5 during online registration or day-of. If no aces after 36 holes, the Ace fund will go to Throw Pink
Raffle: $5 for 1 ticket during online registration or day-of. Raffle will be held after awards ceremony.
Tee Sponsorship $25: for those interested in having their name or company name posted at a tee for the day- available during online registration only.
Balance of the proceeds from Find Your Force tournament will be shared by Throw Pink and Audubon.
Please do not allow economic reasons to prevent you from playing in Find Your Force. Reach out to me privately and we can figure out a way to make participation affordable.
